A number of people have emailed me about using smoothies as part of a diet. I’ve looked around at other sites, and in the books I have, and it seems that these are one of the most popular smoothie types. So I thought I’d do something about it.
Now, most of the smoothie recipes on this site can be used as part of a calorie controlled diet. Especially the meal replacement smoothies.
However, none of them have been designed specifically for dieters. So, I’ve added a new section called … Diet Smoothies (don’t ask how I thought the name up – it was just inspired!).
I’m going to try and create a series of smoothie recipes for dieters that will be both delicious and filling. I’ve started with Ginger & Cinnamon Apple – which actually worked out pretty well!
