Today’s Smoothie – Isn’t

At the moment I’m getting some fantastic blueberries – and it just seemed a shame to mix them with anything. So here is what I regard as the perfect blueberry non-smoothie…

  • 1 large handful of succulent blueberries
  • 2 large dollops of natural yogurt
  • a generous squeeze of honey.

Then sit back and enjoy!
