There are many things that can go into a smoothie. Some of them are obvious: such as bananas, blueberries and yogurt. However, some of them are a bit less obvious: like chocolate, protein powder and seeds.
I’m slowly building up a complete list of everything I’ve experimented with –so you don’t have to. Hopefully you’ll find some inspiration here.
