Protein Powder.

Those of us who take protein powder at all know the problems: it’s hard to mix into liquids, it often tastes and smells pretty awful and it can be a pain to clean up. This goes for quite a few dietary supplements that come in powder form.

So … why not just throw them into your smoothie – making it even smoooother, and let your blender do the work.

I find the taste disappears amongst the other ingredients, there are no lumps to contend with and there’s no separate clean up required. A win-win-win situation!

I’ve been doing this each morning with my breakfast smoothie for years now and I’ve never tasted the powder – regardless of the type of protein I use.
