Cucumbers.

Cucumbers don’t have much flavour and being something like 96% water have a small foot print in the final taste.

However, they have the reputation at being very good for the digestion, being great for the skin and are rich in vitamin A, B1, B6, C & D, Folate, Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium.

There’s not a huge number of recipes that include cucumber. Those that do tend to be light and gentle … which might be just what you’re after!
