(Mostly) Fruit Smoothies.

Simple recipes, made from readily available ingredients – that everyone will like.

This is the perfect place to start if you’re new to smoothies. Especially if you’re going to be making these for kids. These smoothies tend to be both sweet and fruity, and packed full of goodness.

Many contain vegetables. However, they’ve been devised to ensure that no one will be able to tell. This makes them perfect for kids – you can sneak in a whole range of vegies without them being any the wiser!

My suggestion would be to try each recipe as described. Then make it your own by adding bits and adjusting the quantities. Each person has their own pallet – so don’t be afraid of finding your own version of these classics!

So – lets get smoothing, Bret
