Classic Melon & Ginger.
A timeless combination of melon and ginger that everyone is going to love.
- Melon and grapes in equal quantities (around one cup of each per person)
- Small chunk of root ginger
- ½ Cup iced water
This is a simple smoothie to make – just put in roughly equal quantities of grapes and melon and you won’t go far wrong. You can use fairly unripe melons if you have them.
Then add a little root ginger – according to your tastes. If in doubt – use a small chunk, whizz, taste and add more. You don’t want to overpower the melon.
The result is a light and delicious smoothie that has that classic melon and ginger flavour. Be prepared to make a second batch – this stuff is moresome.
