A thick and sour smoothie that will knock your socks off!

  • 1 cup sweet blueberries
  • ½ cup raw cranberries
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ⅓ cup iced water
  • Dollop of honey (optional)

Raw cranberries are normally pretty sour, so you are going to need some sweet blueberries to balance them out. Failing that – you can add some honey to taste. I really like occasional sour smoothie – so I have it as is.

You can use dried cranberries. However, these normally have tonnes of added sugar. You might be better off adding your own.

The result should be a thick and full flavoured smoothie that definitely has attitude! Just remember: not everyone appreciates the sourer things in life (more the shame).
