Strawberry Banana Classic.
One of the all-time classics…
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ to ½ cup water
This is one smoothie i can guarantee that everyone will love – even very small children. It’s also one of the very first I ever tried … and you really can’t get it wrong!
Just destalk the strawberries, add the banana, yogurt and water and you’re done. Half a cup of water should make it quite runny – so use less if you like your smoothies on the thicker side.
In the summer I’ve frozen this mixture to make great lollies. This is a great way of using up those extra strawberries at the height of the season.
