A rich and smooth tropical tasting smoothie.
- ½ cup pineapple
- Handful of kale
- Small piece ginger root
- ½ Banana
- ¼ to ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup iced water
The kale will disappear – so you can put a fairly large handful in. The banana does as well, but helps give the smoothie its creamy texture.
The ginger is to give it a slight bite – as everything else is quite rich.
¼ cup of coconut milk will give it a slight taste. If you really like coconut then go ahead and put in ½ a cup.
The result is a smooth and fruitful smoothie with a tropical taste.
