These are smoothies that go well after a meal, or as a treat. They tend to be a bit sweeter, and have things like honey in – some even have cream.
As always, you can adapt the recipes to your own taste. If you don’t like cream – then just leave it out – or put some yogurt in its place. You get the idea. I hope you’ll see these recipes as a starting place – not a destination.
