Apple Crumble.

Around 300 Calories.

One of my long time favourites – and it does indeed taste of apple crumble. Try it out!

  • 1 apple – cored
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • ¼ cup oats – or muesli
  • up to ¼ cup of single cream

The cream can be left out if you want. I tend to just put a splash in – it makes all the difference. Also, put it in at the end – once things are nearly done. Make sure the blackberries and apple aren’t too sour. If they are then just add some honey.

The result is apple crumble – and a real treat!

Possible additions include…

  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons of nuts

Note: These ingredients make enough for one person. Just scale them up if you need more.
