A very moreish, thick and filling smoothie…
- 1 banana
- 1 medium / large ripe mango
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ⅔ cup iced water
I just love this smoothie. Banana and mango: two of my very favourite things in a thick and creamy smoothie. Delicious!!
Just skin and de-stone the mango. The riper the mango the better. Also, pick a nice ripe banana for a rich flavour.
The oats disappear into the background and help fill you up for longer. They do add a slight aftertaste – but it’s not unpleasant.
The result is a gorgeous and thick smoothie that will keep you up and at it for hours. All at just over 300 calories. Whats not to love!
