Aniseed Cherry Smoosh.
An uncomplicated smoothie that’s hard not to like.
- ½ Fennel bulb
- Medium zucchini
- 1 Cup stoned cherries – fresh or frozen
- 1 Cup water – with ice if fresh cherries
If you use frozen cherries then use warm water – or you’ll end up with ice cream!
The resultant mixture has a clean taste with aniseed and cherry flavours. If you use fresh cherries then that flavour will be foremost. If frozen – then you end up with a gentle blend of aniseed and cherry.
