A simple and timeless combination of blueberries and cucumber.

  • 4” to 5” of cucumber
  • 1 Cup blueberries
  • ½ Cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ Cup water

If you are using frozen berries – then use warm water, else use iced water. You also don’t need much water as the cucumber will provide most of the liquid.

The result is light and clean. It’s not sweet and doesn’t have much of a taste . However, it’s packed full of nutrition, vitamins and minerals. Also, at 180 calories for a large glassful it’s perfect for an afternoon snack.
