A Simple Green Smoothie.
One of the simplest green smoothies there is. I’m told its good for the digestion and the skin … but you’ll have to try it out to see if that’s true.
- 1 carrot
- ½ apple – pick one with some taste
- 1 handful spinach
- 2” to 3” of cucumber
- ½ cup of water
The result is a light and refreshing smoothie, that’s easy on the stomach and is extremely good for you.
One of my friends has this all the time – and swears by it. Personally I found it a tad bland – so I threw in some fresh ginger to give it some zing. Also, make sure you pick an apple with some attitude to lift the taste as well.
