A bright green smoothie that’s just packed full of vitality…
- Large handful kale
- 1 tasty apple – cored
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 chunk root ginger
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup water
There’s nothing shy and retiring about this smoothie. It’s a wonderful light green, it’s thick, slightly chewy (in a good way), packed full of goodness and has a wonderful taste.
The flavour is mainly that of the ginger and apple. So pick a nice tasting apple – and adjust the ginger according to your tastes (don’t put in too much if you are unsure – as you can’t take it out).
There’s something about this one that just screams vitality.
