A balanced combination of flavours with a fresh taste.

  • Around 4″ of cucumber
  • ½ Apple
  • 1 Kiwi fruit – topped and tailed
  • 1 Stalk celery
  • ½ Cup iced water

Don’t bother skinning the kiwi – just scrub off the hairs and top and tail it. The skin disappears in the blender.

This makes a light and tasty smoothie with a nice balance of flavours. As long as the kiwi fruit is ripe then you should be able to taste all four ingredients – even the cucumber. This makes it particularly scrumptious.

This combination will be great for the skin – as cucumber, kiwi and celery are all have a reputation in that area.
