  • ½ cup regular firm tofu
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup water

This is a great smoothie to have if you want to knock hunger on the head for a while. It’s simple to make, a delight to drink and packed full of goodness.

The main flavour is the banana – with the grapes as a second note. The tofu adds a slight chalky aftertaste – but this is normal and not at all unpleasant.

This smoothie will contain around 20% of your daily calcium and protein needs.
